Suspect faces 11 counts
By Erika Platt, eplatt@advertiser-tribune.com A jury trial has been scheduled for a Willard man arrested last month after police found nude photos of youths and videos that allegedly were taken at a medical imaging business in Tiffin. According to documents from the Portage County Clerk of Courts, a jury trial is scheduled to begin Dec. 1 for 43-year-old Jamie Aguirre. He was indicted in Portage County on 11 counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material or performance, one count of possession of drugs, two counts of possessing drug abuse instruments and one count of possessing drug paraphernalia, a court spokeswoman said. He pleaded not guilty to the charges during his arraignment earlier this week. Aguirre was arrested during a traffic stop at SR 43 and Interstate 76 in Brimfield Township Oct.
